Given the purpose and content of this blog, it seems only fitting that we’d start off with one of the most doggie friendly locations in California, Carmel-by-the-Sea. The area has amazing dog-friendly hikes, fabulous off-leash beaches, and even many dog friendly hotels. Carmel is a must visit for anyone traveling to California with their four legged loved ones.
